UTILIZATION
These peripheral electrical pumps are made to reach a hight pressure,
even with a relatively small motor. Thanks to their reduced dimensions,
they're particularly suitable to be set on apparatus and machines to
increase pressure and cooling of temperatures. Easy to be examined,
there's the possibility to repair the pump and the motor separately. the
pumping part can be turned 90°C in 90° C. In the self-priming type SAL
35 this operation is not possible. These pumps are made to handle clean
water only, chemically non abrasive liquids and without solids. Suitable
to operate at a continuous service (ES 100%).
Maximum numbers of interventions 5/min. or 40/h.
Operating temperature -20°C+60°C.
MATERIALS
- Impeller, pump body and wear plate in brass
- Stainless steal shaft INOX AISI 420 (x30 Cr 12)
- Mechanical seal in graphite-ceramic-EPDM (VITON on request)
- Ball bearings of first quality
- Hose connector in brass on request
- Sucking or blowing aluminium fan Ø 150-170-200mm on request

Pumping part isolated from the other details.
The isolation has been realized using special plastic materials on the
motor and on the shaft.
